ABOUT EMMA-JANE BURNELL DALLEY

I am a Partner in the Charities Team at DAC Beachcroft working with charity and not for profit clients across the charity sector. We work with clients in the healthcare, education and wider and charity sector and support them in a time of great change, innovation and opportunity arising from government policy, financial pressures, technological advances and globalisation. I have particular experience advising healthcare and education charities and social enterprises in relation to major strategic change, constitutional review, maximising assets, mergers, disposals, acquisitions and good governance.I have been a charity trustee in both the education and social care sectors which gives me valuable insight into the day to day operational demands of charities and I aim to give practical, cost efficient solutions to your legal problems. I am also a member of the Charity Law Association.
