I help social purpose organisations to change lives and make better decisions by understanding the difference they make, what makes them unique and what beneficiaries need from them.I help organisations in the following ways:• Needs Assessments so that you can understand and respond to the most pressing problems • Evaluations that inform and inspire funders and identify how to improve projects• Bespoke impact measurement systems that are robust, practical and proportionate to resources Impact can be dry, dull and disengaging when it is reduced to a set of numbers or percentages. Although those things are needed, impact measurement should be a tool to inspire and engage as much as to inform. We help breathe life into your data, by drawing out the stories of lives changed.Recent examples of our work includes:• CLIC Sargent Evaluation and a Needs Assessment of the Young People’s social care service in England. Re-commissioned to review their Home from Home service. • MS Society Evaluation and Needs Assessment to inform a pilot project to increase physical activity of people with MS in Wales.• Impact Assessment and Cost-Benefit Analysis of Depaul UK’s Homelessness Prevention Service; Evaluation of their Nightstop Service.• Evaluation for Bankside Open Spaces Trust and subsequent Needs Assessment.We also work with a select few clients to make their organisation fundable – this enabled us to secure for one client from just two applications!
