ABOUT EMMA HOSKINS
I am enthusiastic, hard working, and goal oriented. I have a passion for working with people and enjoy a good challenge. I am highly intrinsically motivated and with this comes a great deal of dedication to whatever task is set before me. I believe the most useful learning experiences come from challenging situations and I am not one to back down when the pressure is put on. I am a graduate of the Human Resources Management program at BCIT and I am very excited to work as an HR Professional. I am working towards my CPHR designation. I am looking to gain as much experience and knowledge as I can - I like to think of myself as a sponge. I am extremely passionate about HR and cannot wait to put my enthusiasm to good use. Over the last 15 years I have worked a multitude of jobs in different industries. These experiences have made me passionate about organizational culture and how it affects employee retention. I am looking forward to changing how that is accomplished! Fun facts about me: in my spare time, I like to dabble in portrait photography and custom cookie decorating. When I\'m not in the office, you can find me in a pool, swimming or playing waterpolo!
