As COO at RVS, it\'s my privilege to lead all of our tech, data, AI, digital and product functions, as well as looking after our people and operational services. I am responsible for strategic repositioning through enterprise technology modernisation, digital platform development and commercial diversification.I work closely with our Trustees on governance and strategy, and I lead our Pay and Reward committee. I also sit on the Open Data Institute\'s steerco for volunteering data standards.Since joining I have- led digital transformation across RVS including \"0 to 1\" digital product; built new teams and established tech and data capability across UK and sub-Saharan African markets; and reshaping capability across IT, cyber security, data, HR, and operations- invested in new IT infrastructure and services, by removing old tech, restructuring contracts, and building resilience with great new suppliers, particularly in our retail business, our volunteer management, and focusing on HR and our employee experience- implementing data fabric across our new solutions, enabling unified reporting cross data from multiple solutions, without ETL process, and building data skills across the org- established RVS\'s first ESG capability - we\'re aiming to achieve recognised standards eg. ISO14001 - we aren\'t there yet - watch this space- launched our new volunteering product, including corporate services and the digital platform, connecting thousands of charities to volunteers.
