About Emma Demaagd
I’m a Psychology student at The University of Texas at Austin, graduating in May 2025, with a minor in Business. I have experience in Legal Recruiting, Human Resources, and Event Planning. As a Recruiting Intern at Locke Lord LLP, I supported the firm’s summer associate program and on-campus recruiting efforts, while helping coordinate recruiting events across the Austin area. Through this experience, I gained hands-on knowledge in applicant tracking systems (ATS), administrative support, and recruitment operations. I’ve also been involved in student organizations at UT Austin, where I played a role in planning events and taking on leadership tasks. I’m currently looking for opportunities to apply my skills in Recruiting, HR, and Event Planning in the Austin area after my May 2025 graduation date.
