ABOUT EMMA DELLI-BOVI
At IDEX, I lead the Regional Private Practice team, which is a team of senior consultants focused on the recruitment of solicitors up to Partner level into private practice firms across all major UK regions - including North West, Midlands (East & West), South West, South East and East Anglia. I\'m also a seasoned legal recruitment consultant myself, and enjoy working on exciting projects with my clients, assisting them in realising their strategic growth plans through the use of innovative talent acquisition solutions. I\'ve spent a long (long!) time within the legal sector - I started life as as paralegal within a busy criminal law firm, before completing the Legal Executive qualification. Despite knowing I enjoyed working with lawyers, I knew I wasn\'t destined to be one myself - which is why a career in legal recruitment seemed like the perfect step. Now, over a decade later, despite being terrible at chess, I can safely say it was the best move I\'ve ever made!My role is about helping the top legal talent in the market to find a position which suits their wants and needs, and working with businesses that have solid growth ambitions. I work with mostly senior level candidates, but having tried to progress as a junior legal professional myself, I appreciate the struggle and so am always keen to assist more junior candidates also. I also feel very privileged to have been a BYPY Finalist (Birmingham Young Professional of the Year) in 2019.
