We are fortunate to live in an exciting time, where new technologies are transforming the way we live our lives, disrupting almost all business sectors while hopefully also making the world a better place. This so-called fourth industrial revolution requires us to find new ways to collaborate and solve business problems. To meet these expectations, Cirio strives to add in-depth sector knowledge, as well as commercial and technical understanding to our legal expert services. In addition, we have developed leading expertise at the intersection of the areas digital transformation, life science, energy and real estate, with teams that work seamlessly together.I am a corporate lawyer, focusing on representing emerging and growth technology companies, along with their founders and investors. My practice includes venture capital financings, M&A transactions, start-up work, growth strategies and corporate governance advice and many times contain cross-border aspects. I also provide day-to-day counseling to companies on a wide range of other corporate matters. I am dedicated to always offer my clients practical, clear and thoughtful advice to help them solve their legal and business issues. My experience from working with technology companies has given me a broad understanding of the legal aspects of digitalization of business and of digital businesses. As head of Cirio’s digital sector group I have the pleasure of working closely with all Cirio’s experts within the digital field.
