As an occupational therapist, I work with individuals to develop the skills and strategies they need to improve their daily functioning, and enhance their overall well-being. My approach is collaborative, empathetic, and tailored to each individual\'s unique needs and goals.I believe that occupational therapy can play a critical role in supporting individuals with eating disorders, such as anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and binge eating disorder. By focusing on daily occupations and activities, I help individuals develop healthy habits, improve their body image, and increase their participation in meaningful activities.My expertise includes working with people from adolescents to adults, and using a range of evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and sensory integration. I\'m passionate about supporting individuals in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life.Through my work, I aim to empower individuals to take control of their lives, develop a positive relationship with food and their bodies, and cultivate the skills and confidence they need in their well being
