As a licensed NC Realtor at Intracoastal Realty, Emma has been grateful to call Wilmington home for over 10 years after moving from Long Island, New York to attend UNCW in 2013.During her time at UNCW, Emma earned her Bachelors Degree in Marketing from Cameron School of Business. She also spent time studying abroad in Gold Coast, Australia during which time she met her now husband Hayden, who is originally from New Zealand.After graduating from UNCW, Emma spent a short time living in Manhattan where she was exposed to the digital marketing space. She spent over 10 years working in marketing for CPG brands and tech start ups, which has served her well in her pivot into real estate.Emma has always been interested in making spaces feel like home, no matter where in the world she is. This natural eye for design, combined with her dedication to serving others, is what led her to become a realtor.Combined with her husband’s 20+ years working in luxury construction in both New Zealand and Wilmington, she brings a unique perspective on how spaces can serve different needs and people.Emma has a deep love for the Wilmington community and all that it offers. She is always excited to offer recommendations on her favorite local restaurants, coffee shops, and workout studios. This diverse network and community she has developed over the years has allowed her insight into the different neighborhoods in Wilmington and their unique offerings.
