She recently joined Mathers McHenry & Co. from a leading commercial litigation boutique, where she spent years honing her litigation and problem-solving skills assisting individuals with complex commercial disputes, shareholder claims, partnership disputes, securities litigation and employment law matters. Emma’s practice is now solely focused on representing employers, employees and partners on a wide range of complex and sensitive employment and workplace matters including wrongful and constructive dismissals, harassment and discrimination, and workplace accommodation. Emma also advises employers on human resources management matters, including employment contracts, workplace policies, workplace investigations, claims and complaints.Clients describe Emma as a trusted advisor who takes the time to listen and understand their broader objectives. From there, she delivers tailored legal solutions that work towards their broader business and life goals. Emma’s commitment to clients is driven by a desire to provide exceptional and timely client service.
