Create and deliver Technical Assistance for 2 years to the NYC Administration of Children’s Services to support its pilot on permanently housing 100 child welfare-involved, unstably housed young adults and families. The TA includes training & written resources for approx. 500 ACS case workers unfamiliar with the NYC housing system• Lead a multi-sector and system-transformative justice housing pilot that aims to efficiently place individuals currently incarcerated into supportive housing by creating cross-sector partnerships and leveraging existing NYC resources• Manage and lead one of Metro Team’s largest projects by defining team roles & collaborating with external partners, providing organizational support, and ensuring deliverables are met on time (e.g, simultaneously publish an in-depth Landscape Analysis and $1M RFP) so NYers with high acuity needs can better access and sustain supportive housing• Support local efforts to improve coordinated entry (CE) processes, enhance system and provider performance, and incorporate the insights & expertise of people with lived experience (PWLE) and communities of color through my continued involvement in the NYC CoC: Co-Chair the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Workgroup, Co-Chair the Performance & Quality Improvement Sub-Committee, and Liaise with the PWLE Committee• Co-founded the statewide Pennsylvania Supportive Housing Coalition, which was formed after co-authoring the PA SH Policy Platform. Lessons learned and recommendations from this project (e.g, coalition building, combatting NIMBYism, and enhancing services funding) have been continuously disseminated across teams and regions at CSH-wide meetings• Provided TA to Buck’s County Continuum of Care (PA-511) to revamp and enhance its annual 2022 and 2023 federal application processes (NOFO) by incorporating persons with lived experience, establishing an impartial New Project Review Committee, and enhancing outreach for providers new to HUD funding
