I’m a Recruitment Advisor at Elior UK, specialising in hiring for our Head Office functions across our Macclesfield and London offices, while also supporting field & site‑based roles across the UK. I recruit for a wide mix of professional, operational, and support positions, ensuring every hire strengthens our people‑focused culture.I’m passionate about delivering a warm, supportive, and efficient recruitment experience. From partnering with hiring managers, to managing fast‑paced, multi‑role workloads, to supporting internal mobility and progression, I love helping people find opportunities where they can thrive! Alongside managing my own vacancies, I also support hiring managers across the UK with their site‑based recruitment needs by providing guidance and training on how to use our ATS effectively. I help managers understand how to create vacancies, review applications, shortlist confidently, and make the most of the system’s features. My goal is to make recruitment as smooth and empowering as possible, ensuring every manager feels supported.
