ABOUT EMMA WINISKI
Emma Winiski is a Special Program Coordinator with the City of Oklahoma City’s Office of Equity. There, she works on projects including serving as the Compliance Officer for the Human Rights Commission, leading the development of the City’s community engagement strategic plan, and creating a strategy to allocate opioid settlement funds. Previously, she completed her Master\'s in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School with a concentration in social and urban policy. During her time there, she worked with multiple city governments, mostly focused on developing 911 alternative response programs to connect residents to behavioral health care and social services. Before graduate school, Emma worked as a researcher at the Urban Institute in the Health Policy Center, where her work focused on substance use disorders.
