ABOUT EMMA WILLIAMS

I am an experienced fundraising professional with over twenty years’ experience developing income generation strategies across the charity sector. My work spans community fundraising, corporate partnerships, and trusts and grants fundraising, with a strong focus on building long-term relationships that generate sustainable income and strengthen supporter engagement.Throughout my career I have worked with charities supporting children, families and communities, developing partnerships with businesses, schools, community groups and funders. I have secured significant funding from a range of sources including the National Lottery Community Fund, major trusts and foundations, corporate partners and community supporters.In my current role as Fundraising Manager at New College Worcester, the UK’s national specialist college for young people with vision impairment, I lead multi-stream fundraising activity across trusts and grants, corporate partnerships, community fundraising and events. I am passionate about developing strong partnerships that enable charities to grow income, strengthen community engagement and deliver meaningful impact.I bring a strategic and collaborative approach to fundraising leadership, developing partnerships across communities, businesses and funders to deliver sustainable income and long-term impact for charities.
