Responsible for managing the Trading Insight programs for BT Consumer, focused the acquisition, churn and in-life experiences of customers across the telco market. Working collaboratively with agency partners and other insight functions in-house, my job is to take a range of sources and create a single customer narrative that gives the business a better understanding of critical issues, guiding internal stakeholders to unlock new opportunities through their 1-3 year strategy. Primary Trading program (Flows) deliverables are shared with over 500 stakeholders across Marketing, Strategy and Commercial Trading up to senior management level.
