ABOUT EMMA WHITFIELD

She takes real ownership of the mandate.\"Emma has 8 years’ experience advising clients including generators, offtakers, lenders, investors and public sector bodies in respect of key project documentation in relation to renewable energy and transport projects. Emma advises clients on project documentation in the context of mergers and acquisitions, the development and construction of projects, and financing of projects within the renewable energy sector. Emma\'s particular specialities are power purchase agreements and public procurement law. Emma regularly advises corporate offtakers, generators and investors in relation to the entry into virtual, physical and private wire PPAs both in the UK and internationally. Emma has a wide range of experience advising public and private sector clients in relation to the transport sector and procurement law. Emma particularly focuses on procurement law and advises contracting authorities throughout all stages of public procurement, including strategy and planning of procurements, the development of the procurement process, procurement documentation for a project and ongoing compliance.
