I am a seasoned Reward professional with over 15 years of experience. I have worked in executive, wider workforce, and retail remuneration. I am experienced in both strategic and operational reward, focusing on both design and delivery. I have skills and experience in a number of areas of Reward with particular expertise in:Executive remuneration - preparing papers for, and presenting at a highly regulated UK Remuneration Committee and internal Remuneration Forum (for Executive Committee members); managing the policy and delivery aspects of remuneration for the executive and regulated populations.
