I have 19 years worth of water industry experience across many roles within Affinity Water (previously Three Valleys Water). These include working within our 24/7 365 Control Operations Team and designing, implementing and managing Affinity Water’s Network Control Desk. I’ve led on our Mains Repairs and Unplanned Outage ODIs and progressed our SEMD business case through the Price Review process to Final Determination. I’m currently leading and enhancing our Emergency Planning & Business Continuity function, to deliver on our ambitions for AMP8.
