Working for a leading HR boutique consultancy, specialising in HR transformations across HR technology, change and adoption and employee experience.• Leading the project management of the creation, and continuous improvement of LACE’s internal knowledge catalogue, containing key toolkits for methodology used across the business. From creating the agile approach, to coaching toolkit owners, and delivering communication across the business and to senior stakeholders. Ensuring resource constraints are identified, and proactively managing toolkit improvements, working with Method Grid as an external supplier to find additional capabilities. • Driving the DE & I agenda upon starting at LACE. Activities focused on educating others using the power of storytelling, and uncovering unconscious bias, aswell as external blogs and podcasts. • Working with an international tobacco client to deliver change management for a new operating model. Responsible for key deliverables including the change impact analyses, creation of change and engagement materials, facilitation of global webinars and working closely with client teams as change support to numerous workstreams.• Providing PMO support at a global pharmaceutical organisation, including supporting materials for Operating Model design agile workshops, tracking the completion of activities, and working closely with the project team to ensure project governance. • Creating the design methodology for end-to-end process redesign at an international mining organisation, bringing an emphasis on employee experience to the business whilst working closely with the system implementer for a new system. Providing business analyst support to the Leavers workstream, by facilitating design workshops, and producing employee, manager and HR documentation.• Supporting with the creation of the HR service model for a largely unconnected workforce, including HR portal access, walk in kiosks and self service enablement.
