ABOUT EMMA THISTLEWOOD

I am motivated by the vision of Involve Kent to improve the lives and wellbeing of beneficiaries through healthy connected people and communities.Previously I worked as the Head of Fundraising at Anaphylaxis UK, working with a range of corporate partners, donors, and stakeholders to secure funds for vital projects and campaigns. I also worked as the New Corporate Partnerships Manager at The Natasha Allergy Research Foundation, I played a pivotal role in launching and growing the corporate fundraising programme, securing major partnerships with leading companies in the food and hospitality sector and gaining Third Sector’s ‘Breakthrough Charity of the Year’ award. I also have a background in education and psychology, and hold a Certificate in Fundraising Management (CiFM) from The Open University.
