Emma has a high level of commercial and technical awareness and has extensive experience in providing a robust customer-focused service to clients and occupiers.With over 20 years’ experience as a Chartered Surveyor, Emma has managed a wide range of asset types from large multi-let offices, industrial estates, retails shopping parks and shopping centres through to privately owned commercial estates. Emma has also worked for a variety of client types, including private investors, government bodies and pension funds. Emma currently leads the Midlands and South West REFIM team at Avison Young and has substantial experience in the delivery of both property and asset management solutions to a number of key clients. She has significant experience in an account management role driving performance across a multi-disciplinary UK-wide team for key clients. Emma also has experience dealing with the operational aspects of business and has led change management programmes within the property management sector.
