I’m an HR Manager who genuinely enjoys building HR functions that work for real people, not just on paper.In my current role at Air Energy Ltd, I’m building the HR function from the ground up putting practical, straightforward policies and processes in place while creating people frameworks that support both the business and the individuals within it as we grow.Working closely with senior leaders and managers I am a trusted, approachable partner, staying hands on and visible across the organisation. My focus is on getting the basics right strong employee relations, meaningful performance conversations, and a positive, inclusive culture where people feel supported and able to do their best work.I believe HR is most effective when it’s human, commercial, and fully embedded in the business adding value through relationships, trust, and common sense, not just compliance.
