ABOUT EMMA SWINDELLS

With over 12 years of experience in the professional services industry, I am passionate about providing organizations with solutions that help them better manage their employees. As an Employee Benefits Consultant,I leverage my expertise in healthcare, compliance, and HR administration to deliver customized and innovative strategies that meet the needs and expectations of my clients. I value collaboration, integrity, and excellence, and I strive to align my goals with the mission and culture of USI and the organizations I serve. I also bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and a licensed real estate consultant.In my current role, I work with a variety of clients across different industries and sectors, helping them navigate the skyrocketing healthcare costs, continually changing compliance mandates, and the constantly evolving HR administration needs. I use a consultative selling approach to identify and understand the challenges and opportunities that my clients face, and to present and negotiate solutions that address them. I also build and maintain strong and trustworthy relationships with my clients, using CRM software, social media advertising, and cold calling to generate leads and prospects, and to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Some of the skills that I apply and enhance in my role are sales meetings, new business development, and attention to detail.
