I have worked in the Construction industry for over 30 years and have extensive knowledge of the industry in particular Groundworks, Civil Engineering and Infrastructure. I have managed all aspects of Procurement, from the very basics to the more complex requirements, inclusive of issuing tender packs, dealing with Sub-Contractors, setting up discount and rebate deals and have also headed Supplier meetings to resolve queries and authorise annual agreements.I\'m also an experienced Plant Manager and have looked after all hired equipment inclusive of certifications, insurances & live hire reports.I have maintained a small commercial fleet from collating driver details to financing the vehicles.I\'m also a qualified Bookkeeper and have practiced this throughout my career. Duties undertaken but have not been limited to, managing Supplier accounts from receipt of invoice to payment, processing bank payments & receipts, carrying out bank reconciliations, managing expenses and petty cash, and month end and year end reports.
