Works through the design process by collaborating with architects, designers, contractors, MEP engineers and consultants to produce creative and thoughtful design solutions for corporate, higher education and mixed-use focused projects. Utilizes Revit, Enscape and AutoCAD to produce high-quality construction documents and renderings. Caters to client and project needs by attending internal and external project meetings while developing design concepts and schemes (e.g, material palettes, lighting, feature elements, ceiling design, millwork, FF+E and graphics). Completes comprehensive construction document packages and FF+E packages. Develops solutions surrounding IBC codes, ADA, value engineering and design customizations while incorporating external consultant communication and necessary matrix quantities.
