Drug development of CAR-T cell therapy to treat all types of mass tumor cell cancer. • Design and oversee studies in model vetting, drug optimization, prioritization, efficacy and toxicology testing.• IV of drug and evaluation of condition of implanted tumor cells in response to drug (results: eradication).• Bloodwork, tissue sample/immunostaining, enzymatic testing for toxicology and drug presence analysis ex vivo.• Patient clinical scoring (EDC) record use, collaboration on monitoring clinical trials, • Cell culture of cancer cell lines from patient xenografts and perform next-generation sequencing (NGS) and ELSIA for gene expression patterns, cytokine production, CAR-T distribution, and biomarker development.• Develop and review protocols, SOPs, IB, and CSRs within GCP, FDA, and ICH guidelines for multiple studies• Presentations for conferences, engaging with CROs and KOLs to propose and distribute new findings.
