ABOUT EMMA SANTIAGO
I am passionate about delivering strategic HR initiatives that drive organizational success. Our team members are the most valuable asset at Levata, and my job is to provide strategic HR partnership to our leaders to help build strong and engaged teams, as well as offer world-class service and HR support to my client group.I have over five years of progressive HR experience. This includes exposure to and involvement in the following HR initiatives: recruitment, onboarding, leadership development, performance management, employee relations, training and development, change management, benefit administration, employee recognition, compensation, and employee engagement initiatives. As an emerging HR leader, I always seek opportunities to learn and develop in this field, as well as network with other HR professionals. I received my SHRM-CP certification in 2021 and obtained my Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in HR Management. I am also a member of local HR groups and a proud Chicago SHRM Board Member on the Newsletter Chair.
