ABOUT EMMA ROUSKI

I am the current lead on the women\'s project initiative \'In League With Women\' ran via Saints Community Development Foundation. I have designed and implemented the 10 week Women\'s Wellness course, where we cover all thing\'s regarding physical, emotional and mental health. I have worked at LiveWire for the past 15 years as a Healthy Lifestyle Advisor. My role involves working in cardiac rehab, weight management, pulmonary rehab, cancer rehab, all aspects of GP referral, personal training, health testing, health walks plus much more. Some of the things my role involves are:*Researching, developing and delivering many \'healthy weight\' and specialist exercise programs in a range of settings, to groups and on a one to one basis.*I researched, designed, delivered and project managed the services first \'Men\'s only Weight Management and Exercise program\'.*Designed and managed a 12 week exercise program for people aged 65 years and over *Managed weekly drop ins *Manage weekly \'pre-assessment\' clinics I have extensive knowledge in sports injuries/massage after successfully setting up and running a private clinic for 4 years.
