Hello! I’m Emma Roensch — a recent graduate from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology and a minor in Criminology. During my time at UO, I held leadership roles as President of Kappa Kappa Gamma and Panhellenic President, where I gained hands-on experience in team management, strategic planning, conflict resolution, and community development. These experiences strengthened my ability to lead with empathy, communicate effectively, and foster inclusive, supportive environments. I’m passionate about working with and for people — whether that’s in social services, human resources, community outreach, or organizational leadership. I’m currently seeking opportunities to apply my background in psychology, sociology, and criminology to roles that empower individuals and strengthen communities. Let’s connect!
