Involved in multiple operational and corporate projects within a national programme of works including:o Infrastructure, Network & End User Device Upgradeso Citrix Upgrade Deployment o Migration to new mobile telephony providero On-line Travel Portal & Booking SystemRequirements gathering, development, testing and rollout of SharePoint based projects enabling users to move away from manual processes and improve upon the management and reporting of data. These have included:o Induction processo H&S Workplace Inspectionso Security Incident Reportingo Team Forumso Change Management Systemo Project Governance & ReportingProvide project planning support across the business, production of reports, presentations and tracking tools Change Management – Established, and manage, the IT Change Management Process for all corporate IT systems & applications. This includes managing, and continually improving, the change system, chairing CAB meetings and providing monthly reports as well as evidence for annual SOX audits. Independently manage own projects to completion, planning work in order to meet programme objectives and often working to very tight deadlines Managing activities and resources within the overall programme including communications, helpdesk support & transition into BAUAttending and presenting at Stakeholder meetingsProviding Service Management liaison between employees, internal clients, stakeholders, suppliers and helpdesk support in multiple environmentsUse of SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Teams
