I specialise in restructuring and insolvency. I have experience in working for lending syndicates, specialist lenders in the secondary market, borrowers, project companies, sponsors and other stakeholders. I have particular experience in restructuring in the projects, oil and gas and construction sectors, as well as the insolvency of professional practices.Recent assignments include:Restructuring lead on a large number of separate projects advising project companies, lenders and sponsors on projects affected by the demise of Carillion.Advising on the restructuring of a UK project finance portfolio to extinguish bank insolvency risk.Advising a major construction company on the insolvency of Imtech.Advising the asset-owning entities in the OSX Group, part of the EBX Group.Advising a oil company with assets in Norway, Denmark and the UK on the UK aspects of its restructuring.Advising an oil company on the restructuring of its arrangements in relation to a North Sea development project.Advising Lloyds Bank plc and Deloitte as administrators of RSM Tenon plc in the sale of its group\'s business to Baker Tilly.Advising Ernst & Young on the joint receivers’ appointment to the owners of the Marriott real estate portfolio and the proposed subsequent sale of that portfolio.Advising the lending syndicate to companies in the Barracuda Pub Group on the implementation of a plan to restructure their debt and separate the property and trading groups.Advising on the insolvency of KWM Mallesons.The post-appointment issues relating to the administration of Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP.
