I am a people-centred leader with a proven track record of building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams within the foodservice industry. I am passionate about creating environments where people feel supported, challenged, and empowered to perform at their best.With over 16 years experience in the Foodservice industry, I have progressed through supervisory, management, and senior leadership roles, gaining deep operational, commercial, and customer insight along the way.I am a creative and practical thinker, known for generating ideas and initiatives that improve performance, service, and engagement. I enjoy looking at challenges from different angles, questioning how things are done, and designing solutions that are both innovative and realistic to implement in a live operational environment.I am particularly strong in problem solving and root cause analysis, often stepping into complex or underperforming areas to stabilise performance, identify underlying issues, and implement sustainable improvements. My strong understanding of process, workflows, and operational dependencies enables me to pinpoint where breakdowns occur and redesign ways of working that deliver long-term results rather than short-term fixes.I am comfortable leading through change and working cross-functionally to turn ideas into action, ensuring improvements are embedded, understood, and owned by teams.
