As the lead for digital construction and BIM for Wates Construction\'s Northern Home Counties business, I head up a team of internal and external specialists. Together, we tackle complex digital deliverables across all project stages, ensuring seamless integration with other disciplines and departments. Current notable projects include University of Oxford’s Life and Mind Building, the National Quantum Computing Centre at the Harwell Campus, CamLIFE Capital Park and the Ministry of Justice’s Accelerated Houseblock Delivery Programme. I also actively contribute to the wider Wates organisation by serving as a core member of the Wates Digital Construction and Engineering Team, contributing to the development of group wide strategy, procedures and protocols and sharing lessons learned and best practice across the wider business.
