ABOUT EMMA RAINBIRD
I have a Bachelor of Science Honours in Applied Psychology from Liverpool John Moores University, where I developed my communication, interpersonal, and organization skills. I am currently a relationship manager at Compliance Chain, the complete construction industry software solution for delivering successful projects, managing supply chain and managing social value.In this role, I have regular interaction with the compliance chain members to ensure they feel supported and are utilising the platform and all opportunities that are available to them. I also attend and host networking events to share and introduce the Compliance Chain software, and lead meetings and steering groups to gather feedback for future ideas. I have a passion for innovation and research, as I previously worked as an innovation and research lead at OneMedical Property, where I provided evidence-based ideas and assisted evaluating the impact of new primary health care premises. I enjoy presenting my research to various stakeholders and creating content to be shared via different media platforms. I am motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the improvement of the healthcare sector and the wellbeing of the communities through development and construction. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have also worked as an assistant director of a tennis tournament, a PR model, an event host, and a tennis coach.
