ABOUT EMMA PRING

I love to help, support, grow and develop people. I have always been passionate about understanding people, what they need and how I can show up and collaborate with them to drive positive change. This applies in my coaching, but also translates within business as the most rewarding element of my roles to date has been working with commercial leaders on building a strategic agenda, supporting the wider team via commercial insight to deliver on plans, as well as coaching and developing the team I work alongside.I have multi-industry finance experience, having worked for a number of large international organisations, such as Mondelez International (previously Kraft Foods), Treasury Wine Estates, Sony Network Entertainment, Gu Desserts, as well as Siemens Rail (previously Westinghouse Rail Systems). My roles at Treasury Wine Estates in London focused on supporting the EMEA sales/marketing teams through commercial decision-making, effective sell through of allocated wines, and joint business plan analysis. All roles that I have held have placed strong emphasis on team work and business partnering, as well as commercial awareness and analytical skills.I lived in Australia for 3.5 years while working for Mondelez International, which demonstrates my ability to adapt to working within a different country, gaining a strong understanding of different brands, customer base and market drivers. My adaptability was showcased at a young age, as I grew up in France (living there from age 10-18), attending French schools, learning to integrate and speak fluent French.I qualified with CIMA in July 2008.
