I am a public health professional with over 9 years of research experience and a dedication to reproductive and social justice. I\'m interested in working on issues related to LGBTQ health needs and disparities; political and structural barriers to sexual and reproductive health and wellbeing; sterilization and tubal ligation; and sexual empowerment and agency, particularly for adolescents.

   Act as direct supervisor for one research assistant, and supervise project work of several research assistants and analysts- Serve as Project Director for a federally-funded RCT evaluation of a sexual health education program for adolescents- Lead analyses of primary, secondary, and administrative data- Lead writing of peer-reviewed journal articles, research briefs and blogs for wide-ranging audiences- Write research proposals and support fundraising efforts- Contribute to evaluation and analysis planning including conducting power analyses, developing research questions, and writing descriptions of measures, analytic approaches, recruitment and retention plans, and partnership engagement- Prepare monthly and annual reports on work products, research results, and budgetary spending- Develop surveys and conduct cognitive interviewing to prepare data collection instruments- Act as internal Equity Reviewer on Child Trends products including blogs, fact sheets, reports, and papers.
