ABOUT EMMA PIPE
I have more than 30 years’ experience, working within Education in some form or another, with over half of those years in Leadership. I trained as a teacher specialising in Early Years and this area continues to hold a special place in my heart. I have been a tutor and lecturer at both Exeter and Plymouth University; Early Years and Primary Maths and English and have been an Assistant Head, Deputy Head and a Headteacher. I work with Leading School South West as a facilitator on the NPQ programmes and love this work. I am also an Associate Consultant and Facilitator for Talent for Care- their values are so aligned with my own it is a gift to be working with them. I have the privilege to being part of the Reach Foundation as a coach on their York100, working with Aspiring Headteachers.I am a qualified Coach and Mentor (ILM) specialising in working with Educators; at every stage of their development. My passion is growing and developing others. My goal is to nurture, challenge and support educators to grow, flourish and thrive in an ever-changing system, enabling them to be the best they can for those they work with and for themselves. I put educators first with my focus on enabling those in education to teach well, lead well, and be well by providing a space which empowers personal and professional development through transformative conversation.
