Involved with strategic projects which the legal department is working on-Learn about data privacy law and how it impacts customers and ADP itself-Write letters to customers on a variety of matters-Review contracts and understand the key important terms of those contracts and how they can be enforced-Understand how any legal department organises itself globally and in country-Incident management and the process of dealing with incidents within any business and work on root cause analysis documents-Prepare training for parts of the business on legal and commercial matters-Work with finance and credit control on debt collection matters understanding cash flow, customer insolvencies and company changes-Understand the regulatory framework around a business-Secretarial roles such as taking minutes, using docusign and drafting legal letters for clients, unions and internal staff.
