The Role: As the Senior Regional Head of PXT across 12 buildings, I lead the human resources function for a dynamic and diverse workforce of - employees, supported by a dedicated team of 98 HR professionals. My role is to drive strategic HR initiatives that align with our organizational goals, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure operational excellence across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Execute HR Strategies: Craft and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support business objectives and enhance organizational effectiveness.Oversee regional talent acquisition processes to attract top talent and maintain a strong employer brand.Lead regional initiatives for talent development, including succession planning, career progression, and leadership development programs.Manage the robust performance management systems to drive high performance and accountability.Ensure consistent and fair application of performance evaluations and feedback mechanisms.Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.Optimize HR processes to improve efficiency and enhance the employee experience.Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 98 HR professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing HR team.Provide strategic guidance to General Managers and Site Leads. Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the HR team.Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and drive business success.Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.Lead and Implement projects across employees, 650 HR Professional. Develop and manage the HR budget for the region, ensuring cost-effective operations.Allocate resources efficiently to support HR initiatives and achieve organizational objectives.
