Assisting talent with any requests or needs they may have during the event. Logistics Support: Assisting with the smooth flow of production by delivering papers, documents, and other items around the stadium as required. Ensure that all necessary materials are readily available to the production team. Communication and Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with the operations team, talent, and other production staff to ensure seamless coordination and execution of tasks. Collaborate with colleagues to address any emerging needs or challenges.
