I currently manage the delivery of each Efficiency North Framework to ensure maximum benefit is provided to members of the consortia, this includes developing and managing the relationships with existing and prospective members and framework contractors / suppliers to promoting efficiency and additional social value throughout the frameworks. Key responsibilities include: • Supporting the procurement of new EN frameworks • Advising members around compliance with European Procurement Directives and OJEU • Overseeing and management of the the call off selection process across all frameworks to drive efficiency savings, additional social value and ensure OJEU compliance. • Facilitation and resolving of any potential and arising conflicts through the use of EN Frameworks between parties.• Ensuring continual improvement and development of the EN Frameworks offering • Undertaking constantly review of members current and future needs to ensure a bespoke service is offered to fully meet these needs.
