ABOUT EMMA MILNER
After joining PwC in Audit and completing my ACA to become a chartered accountant with the ICAEW, I moved into our Deals practice. Since then I\'ve spent 12+ years providing financial due diligence to both corporate and private equity clients and undertaken a number of client secondments in order to help businesses prepare for sale. More recently, I\'ve been focused on the impact of Sustainability and the drive to Net Zero on Deal activity, including ESG due diligence, and business transformation. I\'ve also obtained the CFA in ESG Investing qualification. My experience is predominantly in the Industrials (mainly Aerospace & Defence) and Energy sectors and, more recently, I\'ve had a focus around Climate Tech.I\'m also a Trustee for two charities in my home city of Derby, Derby City Mission and Little Wonders.
