As Head of Talent, I lead the strategic and operational aspects of talent management, organisational development and recruitment across Europe. I also oversee HR operations and manage the HR team, ensuring consistent delivery of core HR processes, policies and employee lifecycle support across the region. Currently leading talent and people operations across eight European countries for Cero Generation, a leading solar energy developer. I am a senior people leader with experience across FinTech, renewable energy and B2C organisations, including private-equity and investor-backed environments. I have been closely involved in M&A activity, leading people due diligence, identifying organisational and cultural risks, and shaping integration approaches. I partner with executive teams during periods of rapid growth to design scalable organisational structures, strengthen leadership capability and align people strategy with business priorities. I specialise in helping organisations that have grown quickly with limited formal HR infrastructure to put the right processes, governance and people frameworks in place to support sustainable growth while maintaining agility.
