I work as Associate Solicitor within the Serious Injury Department specialising in catastrophic injuries including traumatic brain and spinal injury and poly trauma.I have successfully concluded many cases where people have suffered catastrophic and complex injuries, including brain injury, spinal injury, complex orthopaedic injury, pain syndromes, fatal accidents, spinal injury, tetraplegia, paraplegia and amputation. My largest settlement to date is £10 million for a brain and spinal injured person. I focus on achieving early rehabilitation and interim payments as soon as possible and strive to maximise the award obtained for clients and their families.I have taken on and successfully concluded cases that have been rejected as too risky by other firms of solicitors.I have experience of a wide range of personal injury cases including road traffic, motorbike, cycling, horse riding accidents, employer’s liability, public liability. psychiatric damage and fatal accidents for adults and children,I am a member of APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers).
