ABOUT EMMA MCDONALD
In June 2016 I graduated from Ulster University with a Bachelor of Laws. Since November 2016 I have been actively involved in the drafting and negotiations of financial and legal documentation. In that time I have accrued work as a Negotiator for two legal and financial services companies in Belfast, Axiom Law and FinTrU. In both posts I have negotiated various legal contracts including the ISDA Master Agreement, Credit Support Annex and Cleared Derivative Execution Agreements. My day to day obligations also include legal due diligence such as the review of constitutional documents, enforceability, netting and collateral opinions as well as ongoing accommodation of all regulatory requirements, including Dodd Frank/ EMIR/ UMR and MiFID II.
