CEO | Neurodiversity, Mental Health & Trauma SpecialistCQC-registered services for Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury (TDDI)We are proud to be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to deliver TDDI services, enabling us to provide clinically governed, community-based support that prevents unnecessary hospital admissions and supports neurodivergent children, young people and adults with complex mental-health needs to live well at home.Championing Systemic Change for Neurodivergent Children & Families:Great Minds Together (GMT) has a not-for-profit ethos and helped to develop the national Autism Peer Education programme for NHSE.As a Neurodiversity, Mental Health and Trauma Specialist, my work focuses on transforming how systems respond to neurodivergent children and young people whose mental-health needs have been unmet or misunderstood. I am also APT-accredited in DBT-A (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy for Adolescents).National Leadership & NHSE Roles:I have served as: National Chair – Expert Reference Group (ERG), Autism Central Vice Chair – Governance Steering Group (GSG), Autism Central Lead Programme Deliverer – NHSEWorking alongside Local Authorities and Integrated Care Boards, we deliver a multi-systemic, community-based model of care, supported by NHSE and formally recognised as a Tier 3.5 service with a focus on:• Preventing unnecessary hospital admissions• Reducing avoidable police and emergency service involvement• Delivering crisis intervention and edge-of-care support• Improving family outcomes through intensive outreach and coordinationGovernance, Assurance & System Improvement:I sit on several strategic governance and assurance boards across England, contributing to whole-system improvement, including:• LD, Autism & ADHD Assurance Committee• CETR Oversight Panel• All-Age Clinical Reference Group• Adults & CYP (non-clinical) Working Groups• Escalation & Delivery PanelsAt GMT, we work directly with neurodivergent individuals, their families and professional networks to deliver therapeutic, coordinated and impactful support across health, education and social care to reduce fragmentation and drive genuine inclusion.We are proud to partner with universities and national bodies to strengthen the evidence base behind our work and to influence policy reform that leads to sustainable, humane and inclusive system change.
