ABOUT EMMA LOCK

Emma is a seasoned HR Director with a widely recognised history of delivering excellence over 20 years. She has worked within Private Equity, Private Ownership and Co-operative structures, across a variety of sectors, including hospitality, marketing and manufacturing in the UK and internationally.She has worked across the board in strategic and operational HR including optimising new HR technology, senior team development, streamlining organisation structures, enhancing organisational effectiveness and improving employee engagement.
