ABOUT EMMA LESTER-PEARSON
I currently work for the global technology company, Oracle. My role as the UKIE Applications Project Management Office (PMO) focuses on implementing & improving strategies, tracking KPI\'s and driving governance programmes to improve efficiencies within the Sales Organisation and to enable the UKIE team to be successful.Responsibilities include reporting on forecasting and pipeline, planning business development strategies, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and coordinating shorter term operational activities.In 2017 I founded the techUK Early Tech Career Network to provide those early in their tech career with the chance to network with others across the industry, to provide a safe platform to share ideas and experiences. I have also been named in Computer Weekly’s list of Most Influential Women in Tech for the last three consecutive years.
