I currently work as a recruitment specialist/Team Leader in the Adecco Sunderland branch.The branch is a general staffing recruitment agency. My duties include:• Head hunting talented individuals• Providing expert advice for Candidates and clients• Interviewing contract and permanent candidates via the phone and face to face• Reference checking• Account management • Advertising permanent vacancies by drafting and placing adverts using a wide range of media i.e, Reed, Total jobs and Indeed• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews, and short-listing candidates• Negotiating fees and salaries, finalising arrangements between clients and candidates• Attending client meetings and Networking events• Calling prospective clients, working to sales and CSAT targets• Exceeding monthly targets and weekly key performance indicators• Training junior memebers of the team• General admin and compliance. General recruitment: including but not limited to call centre staff, administration roles, Production staff, manufacturing, engineering, Marketing roles, HR roles, finance, sales, Quality roles, Maintenance, and management. I am a driven and hardworking individual who prides herself on providing exceptional service. I believe in happy candidates and happy clients alike, making sure that I match the candidate to the correct environment and that both parties are equally satisfied.
