ABOUT EMMA LAMBOURNE
I\'m passionate about creating workplace cultures where people — especially women — feel supported, empowered, and able to thrive. With a particular focus on women’s health and menopause in the workplace, I help organisations take compassionate, practical steps toward better wellbeing, retention, and performance.Through authentic leadership, values-led strategy, and inclusive education, I believe we can normalise conversations around menopause and create space for people to flourish in the careers they love. I\'m especially driven by the idea that when we support people through life’s transitions — with care and credibility — we unlock potential and performance across the board.Currently, I lead workplace initiatives that bring menopause support to life: from live expert-led sessions to 1:1 specialist consultations, action planning, and leadership development. I collaborate with businesses who want to go beyond policies and create meaningful change.Outside of work, I’m a mum of four with a love for travel, good food, and staying active. Whether it\'s walking, experimenting in the kitchen, or the occasional yoga retreat, I make time for the things that help me recharge and stay curious.
